Trade Only Guarantee
Taylor Label was founded to serve the trade. We have no direct sales staff and solicit no direct accounts. We guarantee the confidentiality of all the information you share with us. All orders shipped by us directly to your customer will be packaged in generic cartons bearing generic box-end labels and packing slips. There will be no reference to Taylor Label on anything we ship to your customer. The trade is our only customer. You will receive the highest level of service, respect and courtesy in all of your dealings with us.

Estimating Guarantee
You will receive a written estimate detailing all product specifications and pricing within
a maximum of 8 hours from when you submit your inquiry.

Order Entry Guarantee
You will receive an order receipt confirmation within a maximum of 4 hours from when you submit your order. You will receive a detailed order confirmation within a maximum of
1 hour from when your order is entered. You will receive a detailed shipping confirmation within 8 hours from when your order is shipped.
